China product sourcing
We find the right supplier for your specification and coordinate the purchase.
We put your specification in front of the right suppliers instead of the one that pays us most.
Tell us the model, the payload and the route it will run. We come back with what is available in Shandong now, what would have to be built, and what each option costs. Where a cheaper unit exists that will not survive your road conditions, we say so.
We compare manufacturers on steel grade, axle and brake brand, welding quality, delivery time and willingness to accept your changes — not only on price. For used equipment we compare condition reports and the honesty of the seller.
Both. New production suits fleets that need identical units and warranty cover. Inspected used equipment suits buyers who need working machines this quarter. We will tell you which one your budget actually buys.
A quotation that states the specification in writing, so you can compare it against anyone else's.
Model, dimensions, axle and suspension brand, steel grade and thickness, tyre size and count, paint system, and the port the price is quoted from. If a line is an option rather than included, it says so.
Deck length, axle brand, ramp type, tank compartments, paint colour and fittings can all change before production starts. We re-quote changes within one working day.
Within 24 hours on working days, in English. If a supplier is slow to come back to us, you hear that from us rather than hearing nothing.
We check the unit before you release the balance, and send you what we found.
We check the finished unit against the order line by line: dimensions, axle and brake brand, welding, paint, fittings and spares. For used equipment we record engine hours, chassis number, tyre and brake condition, and any damage.
Every unit is weighed and the ticket photographed. Tare weight is where quiet substitutions show up — a lighter unit usually means thinner steel, not better engineering.
A photo set and the weight ticket before the balance is due. If something is wrong, you hear it from us first.
From the yard to your clearing agent, with the paperwork done in the right order.
We arrange loading from Qingdao or Tianjin depending on your route, photograph the securing, and confirm the sailing. Machinery and trailers are lashed to the vessel's requirements, not to whatever is quickest.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and any compliance certificate your country requires. We start the documents when the deposit clears, not after loading.
One contact person from first inquiry through delivery and spare parts. If something fails, tell us what happened — we will chase the supplier and tell you honestly what the outcome is.
Everything Alts International does between your inquiry and your shipment clearing.
We find the right supplier for your specification and coordinate the purchase.
We compare manufacturers on specification, build quality and delivery time.
Both new production and inspected used units, depending on your budget.
Clear quotations with the specification written out, not just a price.
We check specification, condition, weight and quantity before loading.
Weights confirmed and loading photographed so there are no surprises at port.
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates prepared for your clearance.
One contact person from first inquiry through to delivery and parts.
One English-speaking contact person, replying within 24 hours on working days.
You send the model, quantity, route and destination port. We write the specification down so every supplier quotes the same thing.
We compare suppliers and come back within 24 hours with options, prices and honest trade-offs.
30% T/T deposit, or L/C at sight for larger orders. Documentation starts the day the deposit clears.
Specification, condition, weight and quantity checked in the yard. Photos and the weight ticket reach you before the balance is due.
Loading photographed and secured, paperwork prepared for your clearing agent, sailing confirmed.
One unit. Single units ship on a flat rack; container chassis and trailers are also consolidated with other cargo where the route allows. Larger orders get better unit pricing and a shorter production queue.
We quote a delivered price that includes our sourcing fee, and we tell you which port it is quoted from. If you would rather see the supplier price and pay our fee separately, we can quote that way too.
Typically 30% T/T deposit with the balance before shipment, against loading photos and the weight ticket. Irrevocable L/C at sight is available for larger orders.
Stock units load within 7–10 days. New production is normally 25–35 days depending on the model and the specification, plus sailing time from Qingdao or Tianjin to your port.
Specification against the order, physical condition, tare weight, quantity and the loading itself. You get photographs and the weight ticket before the balance is due, not after.
