Quotation validity, payment terms, order changes, cancellation and warranty.

Quotations are valid for 15 days. Steel price and freight both move; beyond 15 days we re-quote rather than honour a number we can no longer buy at.
Payment terms
30% T/T deposit on order confirmation, balance before shipment against the inspection photo set and weight ticket. Irrevocable L/C at sight is available for orders above a threshold we will confirm in writing. We do not ask for the balance before you have seen the inspection evidence.
Order changes
Specification changes are accepted free of charge before production starts and re-quoted within one working day. After production starts, changes are subject to what the factory will accept and are quoted case by case.
Cancellation
Before production starts, the deposit is refundable less any costs already incurred, itemised. After production starts, the deposit is not refundable — the units are built to your specification and the factory has committed material.
Warranty
Warranty is the manufacturer's, and its terms travel with the unit. Typical trailer warranty from Shandong manufacturers is 12 months on the main frame excluding wear parts and accident damage; used equipment is sold as inspected, without warranty. We pass the factory's written warranty to you with the shipment and we chase claims on your behalf.
Governing terms
The contract is between you and Shandong Altas International Trade Co., Ltd. The full terms are stated in the sales contract issued with your order confirmation; where this page and the contract differ, the contract governs.
