Specification match
Every line of the order document verified against the physical unit.
The order matters as much as the checks. An inspection done after loading is a record, not a safeguard.
Not while it is still in the paint booth. An inspection run too early is a photograph of intent rather than a record of what will ship.
Dimensions, axle and brake brand and rating, steel grade and plate thickness, suspension type, tyre size and count, fittings, spares and paint system — against the order document, not against the supplier's description.
Weld quality on the main beam and cross-members, frame straightness, corrosion, and on used equipment the engine hours, chassis number, brake and tyre wear and any accident repair.
Tare weight on a certified weighbridge, photographed with the ticket. A unit lighter than specification means thinner steel, and this is the check that finds it.
Unit count against the order, then the securing itself — lashing points, chains and blocking photographed before the vessel accepts the cargo.
Photo set, weight ticket and a written note of anything that differs from the order. If something is wrong you hear it from us, not from your driver at the port.
More is added per model — crane mounts on a sidelifter, compartment testing on a tanker, hydraulics on used plant.
Every line of the order document verified against the physical unit.
Main beam, cross-members, hinge and crane mounts where applicable.
Brand, rating, matched sets and remaining tread on used units.
Certified weighbridge ticket, photographed with the unit visible.
Preparation and coat thickness, heavier system for coastal destinations.
Lashing, chains and blocking photographed before the vessel accepts it.
Stating the limits is part of the service. A report that claims more than it covers is worse than no report.
We find the right supplier for your specification and coordinate the purchase.
We compare manufacturers on specification, build quality and delivery time.
Both new production and inspected used units, depending on your budget.
No. Pre-shipment inspection is part of what our sourcing fee covers, on every order regardless of size. Third-party certification is extra and quoted at cost.
Yes, and buyers regularly do. Tell us your dates and we will schedule the inspection around your visit and arrange the yard access.
The supplier corrects it and we re-inspect, or we source elsewhere. You do not pay the balance on a unit that does not match the order.
Yes. Photo set and weight ticket reach you before the balance is due. That sequence is the point of the service.
